I also agree with Rashad about the difference in pay based on education. My mom works like a mule and she's 63 and has been doing the same monotonous work most of her life. She has to teach someone 40 years her junior, who for starters get's paid twice as her, only because this person happens to have a piece of paper from a university with her name on it. And in three months or so, this same person who my mom trained, ends up being her boss and barking orders at her, soley based on a degree which has nothing at all to do with the type of work for which she's been hired. --------------------- |
