She has to teach someone 40 years her junior, who for starters get's paid twice as her, only because this person happens to have a piece of paper from a university with her name on it. And in three months or so, this same person who my mom trained, ends up being her boss and barking orders at her, soley based on a degree which has nothing at all to do with the type of work for which she's been hired. That's bullshit but how things are here. They say "you want success then work hard" but that's a lie. The harder you work will not pay off. The two assholes who started Home Depot didn't work hard to make the billions they make. What your mother goes through is reality in America and a result of capitalism. This kind of shit would be eliminated overnight by communism. Marx didn't work in a factory but knew what he was talking about, and, in fact, he was born to a rich family but that didn't stop him from seeing and speaking out about the injustice being done to workers. One of our store managers is only 23 years old and has no degree. How did a guy like that who doesn't know what the fuck he is doing get a job that pays 53,000 per year plus quarterly bonuses, and his bonus isn't 30 or 40 dollars like ours but they get thousands at ones? It wasn't hard work at all, but he has a father who is a district manager in another area and he is friends with our district manager so that's how he got the job. It's all about who you are and who you know. I can go to acting school but that won't give me a shot at becoming an actor because all of them are either related to some hot shot and knew them or have some kind of connection. That's how it goes in sports, hip hop/music industry, politics etc. I rather be in a place where I don't have to worry about being evicted any minute, where I have access to doctors without fear of bills, where I can be an engineer, doctor, or whatever I want. I been doing a lot of reading lately on communism and human nature and all that. I am seeing the difference and those lames who say why would a doctor work hard or even try if he not making more but that's all bullshit. It is our fucked up societies which make us think or be the way we are. It's society and capitalistic pigs who dictate and tell us that a doctor or some manager has a special status and is superior than the janitor. I ask those same pigs how the doctor could do his job if the janitor quit and nobody replaced him? Who can become a doctor in capitalist America first of all? Only a rich person who could afford college. It is a privilege and not a right to get an education here. My supervisor is also a younger person and he didn't work hard. He has that asshole attitude and knows how to turn on his own crew members and that's how he got the job. This isn't my current job only but all the jobs I have had were this way. If this is freedom and prosperity, I take life in the Soviet Union because I would have had a chance to pursue my dream. I love communism and socialism and I believe Marx was a genius actually. I find him superior to Jesus, Muhammad and the rest. But at the same time I don't think he invented anything very unique because sharing, and equality has been present. It's religious people, who also happen to be the capitalists, that teach us humans are greedy by nature and all that other bullshit. We aren't greedy by nature nor are we anything by nature. It all depends on our environment. How else would the capitalist explain why people in Iraq didn't worry about theft or bank robberies? People would put the money in a register themselves in restaurants while here we call the cops on a homeless person for sleeping on our sidewalk. How can they explain that? If humans are greedy and corrupt by nature, why do jobs only hire people without felonies and why they expect honesty? Why do I have to go to court if I steal since it's nature? It isn't nature but a dick in the ass of religious people. A way for them to justify their greed and how they got wealthy off of the sweat and slavery of hard working people who were overworked and underpaid. American jobs are slavery and America is a slave country. One isn't working to make money but working to get by which is impossible with one job so everyone has to work. We are literally working for food and shelter and that's not even enough so others have to help. Slaves in many cases had it even better because they had a place to stay, clothes and ate food. And under Islamic sharia, a slave owns property, inherits, can own and run a business and purchase his freedom. They can fuck themselves with their success and freedom. As Paul Robeson, the Black warrior said about the Soviet Union when he went there: "Here, I am not a Negro but a human being for the first time in my life ... I walk in full human dignity."[71] --------------------- |
