Yeah he was going around Fox news and everywhere claiming that Ventura walked into a popular navy bar in San Diego saying the US deserved to lose a few soldiers and called them cowards so supposedly this hero punched Ventura in the mouth. But it was all lies. He mentioned this in his book so Ventura sued them and won the case. The publisher had to remove the fictional story from the book and Ventura won a lawsuit for 1.8 million dollars and he is currently still pursuing another lawsuit against Kyle. He gained popularity and felt like a hero by lying and claiming he punched him for his anti American and Bush views. Then they asked Ventura if the movie is real and he said it is as real as dirty Harry, due to the movie being made by Clint Eastwood.
