Even when there is an occasional winner, the lottery company made hundreds of millions of dollars and over and over. This is another of the many way capitalists have thought of when it comes to making easy and fast money. It's actually better than selling drugs because you can openly advertise and fool people. The fools who participate in that are the same ones who are too cheap to buy clothes or anything else but they will spend on lottery or casinos.
