I've read that Iran was the resonponsible party, not Libya. Allegedly, it was retaliation for the shooting down of an Iranian airbus in '88. It didn't help when George HW Bush gave the men in charge medals, either. Either way, there's no hard proof who did it; and yet, people want to lynch a dying man in comatose.
