...I had an unpleasant surprise when looking up the word "herO' on the internet a while back...I wish I had kept the source...but it was presented as legitimate and in fact was the first source to pop up...anyway among three defintions for the word, the middle one was "A soldier who fights in an unpopular war". Obviously someone has been tampering with the language... And as far as the rationale for dropping that one bomb...that it would save the lives of American soldiers...aren't wars supposed to be fought by soldiers? Is it ever legitimate to sneak around and kill the soldiers family, as a way of bringing him to his knees? To the Native Americans this was dishonorable and unthinkable, a real stain on the character and soul of a warrior...but not to the Christians who used this tactic against them...breaking their hearts in the end when they realized they were up against monsters and not men. It also needs to be pointed out that it was Christian nations who perfected this form of warfare...and not just with the two atom bombs but the fire bombing of Dresden and Tokoyo, to name two, caused as much death if not total destruction of property as either atom bomb. Name one Muslim country that produces aircraft carriers,,or jet fighter planes, or long range bombers..or machine guns, helicopter gunships, naplam, poison gas, nerve gas, and a whole host of death dealing instruments which represent the biggest portion of foreign exports of the United States and a healthy profit to other Christian nations as well...name one. --------------------- |
