"It was being among the lowest class hoods from Tehran's Lalezar movie theaters who'd be breaking and spitting melon seeds, while screaming each time "Jon Vine" (John Wayne) killed a bunch of "injuns".

...my family would tell raucous stories of how Persians would supply dialogue for American movies...most often a lot funnier and perceptive than what the movie was offering...I also recall watching movies in outdoor theatres in Tehran and Baghdad, and Kuwait too....the people had a lot of fun with gringos.
