This is becoming like Orwell's "Animal Farm". We can't refer to Nazis? So, we can't talk about the torture methods that we imported (as did the Russians) after the WW II, along with the Nazis who took refuge in S. America, in some cases, directly acting as advisors to the repressive regimes in Chile, Uruguay, Brazil, Argentina, etc.?

You know Loughner (Arizona gunman) is crazy, but what he alluded to when he said that language is being used as a means of mind control has been written about extensively by the Franfurt School and the works of Herbert Marcuse who suggests that: "Linguistic therapy - that is, to free words (and thereby concepts) from the all but total distortion of their meanings by the Establishment - demands the transfer of moral standards (and of their validation) from the Establishment to the revolt against it. Similarily, the sociological and political vocabulary must be radically reshaped: it must be stripped off its false neutrality; it must be methodically and provocatively "moralized" in terms of the Refusal. Morality is not necessarily and not primarily ideological. In the face of an amoral society, it becomes a political weapon, an effective force which turns people to burn their draft cards, to ridicule national leaders, to demonsrate in the streets, and to unfold signs saying: "Thou Shall Not Kill," in the nation's churches."
