Hitler was a big fan of Martin Luther. I'm sure religious people would ban their own religions if they weren't jammed down their throats from birth. This is where their bigotry comes from and religion is what divides people from each other. What else separates a Muslim from a Christian or a Jew or a Buddhist except religion? What is the difference between a Persian who is Muslim and one who is Jewish or what's the difference between a Hindu, Muslim or Buddhist? It's religion which makes people not think freely and religious people would want to ban religion if they weren't born into it. Arrogance, racism, hatred and bigotry is fueled by religion, especially Christianity. Religions have never had room for logic and has always been based on faith and blind following. Oppressive regimes have used religion as a useful tool and it's government who are upholding religion or else it be something practiced in the closet by uneducated people who think they will fall off the edge of the earth if they travel too far east or west.

Only religion can make a fool out of someone sane and with a higher education. Religion is the first thing jammed down our throats from birth and it takes some people many years to get away from it and others stay with it all their lives.
