I believe he was picked but he probably used them for his own agenda.

Those are mere conjectures. In any case, whether he was picked or not, he was a disaster. What I am trying to say is that if Iraq was a democracy, if the a large section of the Iraqi population were involved in the decision making process, then all those conflicts would not have happened.

it's one thing to dialogue and try to solve issues or differences but Obama proceeded with his cousin, Bush, policies. He didn't follow through with anything he claimed he was going to do.

I don't know what he did or didn't but I used to hear every now and then that he tried to pass a bill or a reform a law but the republicans reject it... things like that.

The current Iraqi government was handpicked also.

Then why they did not approve permanent basis or immunity for the soldiers?

They had the best health cares system in the region and one of the highest standard of living. Sure, another ruler could have done so too, but outside intervention would never allow that. Th country is made unstable intentionally by the outsiders.

All the oil rich countries have high quality health care and high standard of living. I think all what they care about is Israel's security and that's why they weakened Iraq, not because it has free health care and so on.

Iraqis haven't prospered from this "liberation"

I predict that Iraq is poised for an economic boom once the violence subsides. I give it two years.

Bombing Pakistan now, Libya, Yemen etc. He has expanded and started more wars. Iran is waiting for their turn but they realize it's a lot harder than they thought. He hasn't brought troops home but only shifted them around to other locations.... He has assassinated people only on suspicion they were terrorists. They have prisons for torture in Europe, USA and elsewhere.

The government is supposed to serve the interest of it's own people first and foremost. The above may not have adverse repercussions on the United States but rather the contrary. Obama may have perpetuated many of Bush's foreign policies because they have been proven to serve US interest effectively.

around a 100,000 Libyans were killed during this 8 month long war. Iraqis have also died by the tons under Obama's watch.

I'm not sure about the toll figure in Libya. I think it's much lower than that. Most of them died as a result of Gaddafi's stubborn hold on power. And I don't think it's the Americans who are killing Iraqi civilians.

That is what they are doing with Saddam when they said he was killing his people.

In Iraq, people used to be imprisoned and executed for political reasons, while in the United States all prisoners are either thieves, murderers...etc

In the case of Saddam, they really never proved he killed all the people they claimed he killed.

Well I think we pretty much have ample evidence of what Saddam did. Mass graves, torture prisons, videos, corroborated stories by witnesses and family relatives...etc
