Iraq in the 1990's had a population of 17.5 million, out of which 700,000 Iraqi babies died; in 2001 the U.S. had a population of 285 million, out of which 3,000 died. If my math is correct by dividing 285 million by 3,000 I get 1 person out of 95,000 died (U.S.); and by dividing 17.5 million by 700,000 I get 1 person(baby) out of 25 died. (Am I doing this right? Math and statistics were always my weak spots.)
