These people don't care about language just as they really don't care about Assyrians either but it is always nice to benefit from some silly claims and then make demands. I remeber as a child my parents and relatives would say "ot manshe lishanu, manshila ganu" or "he forgets his language has forgotten himself. If that is so, then that alone is enough to ignore the silly claims of the modern nationalists. For one they do not speak "Assyrian" but they speak Syriac and the two are totally different languages. The ancient Assyrian language was very similar to classical Arabic and these nationalists would difinetly not like since they hate Arabs.

It is strange that they bash Chaldeans because many of them speak Arabic yet at the same time they don't even care about their language and at the same time they don't bash those who have forgotten their language for English, German, Swedish, etc. There is nothing consistent in their arguements and claims. If language is their evidence for direct descent, then they don't qualify since they don't speak Assyrian at all. If religion is the key, then they fail again because they are Christians and the ancients would never accept that religion just as hardly anyone else accepted except by force, pressure, bribery, and other dirty tactics. Of course the early priestsm bishops, etc accepted because for the benefits and this was the new tool to rule with and nothing else. And if location or indigenous claims are proof for direct descent, every Iraq would qulaify in that matter. Indegenous peoples are defined as people who have resided in an area for at least 400 years and every Iraqi ethnic group qualifies for that.

All their claims are bogus but the funniest of all or at least one of them is the language issue. All my uncles and father speak, read and write Aramaic fluently and they were not stopped, and it is only the women that can't read it and that is because they didn't go to school period. What these dweeps are talking about is that they were viwed with caution and it was in the basements of the churches where this nationalism bull and the "this is our land" was coming from. Today Fred Aprim and the rest claim direct descent off of some of the most powerful people ever and they make a joke of them by being a bunch of whimps and crying about it. Can we imagine an ancient Assyrian crying on his knees and asking outsiders from thousands of miles away for a land? This is embarrassing and trying to gain sympathy from the west is not going to work. The Western powers and I should say Christians in general have no stmpathy and I find them some of the most intolerant people and selfish too. Every problem that my ancastors endured or suffered was because of them and their alliances.

Christianity has been the weapon of the west and by our monkeys teaming up with them is even worse. The British, the French, Russians and Americans would have been screwed if they didn't find an ally to use and they did it to us few times and we didn't get anything from them. These dweeps were doing the same thing at the start of ww1 and they called every one of us who did not support the west a "Muslim-lover". That is why they killed the Patriarch because he was an ally with the Turks and was not willing to join the Russians and the rest of them. So they killed him and replaced him with one like Fred Aprim's type. These nationalists are full of it and the whole language thing is a hoax just as their nationalism and all their other silly claims are. I am still waiting on the FBI and have packed my bags for Gitmo.
