It's already a fact that blacks and latinos are stopped and frisked more in NYC than whites. Most of the whites who are pulled over or stopped do not get searched and frisked, yet most Blacks are. In a suburb of Chicago, the it made it on the news that the police chief was targeting blacks and latinos and over 75% of those who were stopped said they were harassed. Of course there is always the usual justification as to why it may be. I used to live in a small college town for a little while and I remember when a small group of black men or teens were walking down the street on a friday night when everyone was partying, they would almost always get stopped. If they was throwing a college party, cops would show up and break it up. Yet you could see 20 white guys walking down the same street and nobody would stop them and check them out. I would even see the white boys sitting on the roof of their apartments, getting drunk, urinating down, laughing being loud, etc, yet nobody ever called the laws on them for being rowdy. Some of the blacks would mix with the white boys and go to their parties where they were surrounded all by whites only because they were scared to hang with their own.

I remember going to a party with a group of my black friends and the guy throwing the party seemed nice at first. He said to come over every weekend so we tried to go back the next weekend and he says some stuff came up missing and I guess he suspected my friends took it, but I know they didn't take anything nor were they ever anywhere except mostly in the yard and the living room which was right there. The black man is always the first to get stopped just for walking. I had another black friend who was 6'11 so he always got harassed by cops. I remember working on my own car in day time and he was helping me along with another guy. So these two cops come and say there was just a report of a woman's purse being stolen and they start questioning us, and I said well was one of them 6'11 and they just laughed and said "no, no, I don't think so" and I said okay. I continued working on my car and they wouldn't leave and started asking us questions and eventually what they realy wanted was to check our identification and get us in the system. Of course they try avoid appearing as racists but it always shows.

One of the best I love with white people is when one of them will say "hey man, no offense" or "I'm not trying to be racist" and then he opens his mouth and comes out exactly as a racist. That shit just automatically dismisses their opening comment about not being racist. Of course they're racist and not very good at hiding it. They just think people are stupid. I also have never seen a racist who actually openly admits to being one. Even the KKK now makes all kinds of excuses and will go out of it's way to explain they are not racists but come on, man, come on.
