Interesting doc. Worth a watch. In the film, "Lawrence of Arabia" David Lean implies that Lawrence was raped by the Turks. It appears to have been true based on how he described the experience in a letter to George Bernard Shaw's wife. Also, in the first 10 mins of Part 7, his brother says that Lawrence hated sex, and used to "quell his sexual longings by beating" -- not beating as if beating-off, but by getting flogged. I wonder if he intended to end his life.
