Firstly that was a metaphor I used to explain what I believe were the actions of the Turks. Farid states that if a Christian tried to kill a Turk first then the Turk is justified in protecting himself and killing him in self defense.

I however feel that a better example is if a Christian tried to kill a Turk and the Turk killed him and his family as well.

Meanwhile I think we need to all acknowledge that there were faults on both sides. I've stated on numerous occassions that the Christians were guilty of massacre and rape such as at Consharay - Simko's village - after that gullible idiot Mar Shimun was killed.

You need to also remove your religious tinted glasses and acknowledge that the Turks were also guilty of deplorable behaviour.

And for Ashur's sake stop making thisa Christian vs Muslim contest. I keep stating that this is a empire and nation state transition that merely used religion as an excuse.
