But sometimes the line gets blurred between Kapo and Nazi. Dershowitz writing about the right way or "moral" way for Israelis to torture Palestinians is not an act of a Kapo, but that of a Nazi. I agree to what you're saying and I'll conclude that both Kapo and Nazi should be held accountable. One of the questions during the Holocaust was just that: will you sell your people to survive, or will you die fighting against the selling and killing of your people?
