It is unheard of and it never happened that a government of a country will hand over land or special interests to a minority which claims to be indigenous or whatever else they claim. As much as the western media loves to smere Islam and Muslims, they would love to hear "Christians" being persecuted by Muslims and Islam, yet even they know that it is full of shit and that is why it has not caught the attention of the western media for the most part except for a few church pastors who want to fulfil "prophecies" that the Assyrians are still in existense and that the "anti Christ" will be a person of "Assyrian Descent"; But even those are few and unimportant. It goes back to the same problem and these nationalists think they so clever but in reality they are only displaying their foolishness. They think that being punished for a crime is "persecution" or "genocide". For sake of God, some of them even think a genocide is based on just numbers and they think 300 dead is a genocide.

Their Johnny's and other "champions" can continue breaking laws and getting punished for it which they then call "persecution". It is a serious problem when people lack political skills or lack understanding of terminologies. I can bring quotes left and right from even Christian historians who reject the idea of an "Armenian genocide" and these people want Turkey to admit to have committed a genocide against an "Assyrian Nation" which was guilty of all kinds of illegal acts? The best thing they can do for their "Assyrian Nation" is behave like normal human beings, stop being clowns and stop the bigotry. There is nothing unusual or illegal happening to the "Christian Assyrians" at all. If there are any that are suffereing, there are many more Arabs, and others who are suffereing worse in the same country at the same time. So it isn't anything exclusive to Christians or Assyrians and it sure as hell is not because of their "faith in Jesus" or for claiming to be "Assyrians".
