Before I read the Tony Cartalucci article, I was going to write that Monis could also have been Baluchi-Iranian, from the south of Iran's Baluchistan, which due to the British-imposed Durand Line, falls in both western Pakistan, and south-eastern Iran, and it's separatist Sunni group, Jundallah, have been butchering Shia in both Iran and Pakistan... pumped-up by Mossad and CIA to attempt to Balkanize and weaken Iran by tearing away Irani-Azerbaijan, Irani-Qurdistan, and of course, Irani-Baluchistan.
