I am referring to our Hammurabi, Sargon Agidu, Ashur Abbalit, etc. Each walked into a world that was partitioned and then unified the country. There must be a reason why it happened over and over again in history. And if it did, it would not be unreasonable to assume it can happen again. ..it did. Like most Christians you resent the supremacy of Muhammed over Christ in that region and fail to realize that the Arabs came and UNIFIED a rabble of squaking sects...and for the last 1300 years, twice as long as Iraq existed without Islam in the Christian era, Iraq HAS been unified...and that the Nesotirans there are PART of Iraq...till the Europeans blew smoke up their arse and got them to see an Assyria in the mists. > >It's late right now...I don't know if I am putting this into words the way I want to but night time is all I get for this stuff so I’ve got to get this out. I don’t know if those of you reading this can relate to what I am saying if you haven’t read the histories of those above kings. Maybe you have once seen a man or woman and felt the strong inclination to meet and get to know that person…like you were perhaps destined to. You know you must do it else you shall regret it your whole life if you miss or give up the opportunity. When I read the spar-khayuta of those kings who united Assyria, I could just imagine what went through their minds. One cannot just have the idea to do what they did. One has to believe in it and feel a strong inclination towards it…perhaps a push, similar to wanting to meet and get to know that special someone. I don’t think I am guilty for feeling what I feel. It’s not too utopian to hope and believe some peace can eventually be restored to the homeland…damn it, it’s worth a try. ..of course...but never by first splitting the people of Iraq into¨"Assyrian" and Iraqi...especially since Assyrians are all Christians...it will never happen period. >Ok, I’m getting tired…more on this later hopefully. ..you tire easily --------------------- |
