sanctions is a very convenient way of committing a genocide without actually rounding up people and putting them in death camps or dropping bombs. they just kill you economically and then blame the leader of the country for it. The UN has been very convenient for the US to use as a shield. Sanctions is a very careful and clever way of doing the killing and it's very organized. The world just stands and watches as that happens. It's different from what the Nazis did to Jews because in this case they just turn countries into death camps. Anyone who didn't think US was targeting civilians and intentionally trying to kill Iraqis with sanctions and the many expansive bombs they dropped is delusional or lying to himself. I am still trying to see how killing is so easy for the followers of Jesus since he was supposedly so peaceful and humble. Christians say "you will know them by their fruit" so we can know Jesus by that logic since these are his followers. They have been killers, rapists and thieves so he must be one too or these aren't his followers. American people think the world must be stupid for not wanting "freedom" from them and not thanking them for "liberating" them. It's the same with how the act toward people who aren't interested in Christianity. They ask how anyone can not want the "gift of god" with the sacrifice of Jesus. We are all stupid for not taking this easy salvation. As one asshole told me: "the gift is in the box so why don't you just open it and accept it". I turned that "gift" down so he asked "what is wrong with you fucking fag?". I wish he would call me that in person and not over a computer so I could break his face open but lucky for him. --------------------- |
