Bush said with his own mouth that god told him to attack Iraq but he's never questioned as a Christian nor is his religion mentioned. Some rightwing network had a story today about a Pakistani who burned his wife for leaving the house. The article started with big letters and it said "Pakistani Muslim sets his wife on fire for leaving the house without his permission". His religion was mentioned at very top. He couldn't be just a Pakistani or some sicko but had to be a Muslim and a practicing one. If he had been a Christian, it would just be "man..." With no religion. And nobody seems to see that double standard. Then the media always talks about honor killings in places such as Pakistan but what about the Hindus who do it even more than Muslims? Why is that never mentioned? And what about in America where a woman is killed frequently by her boyfriend or husband but that's okay because they don't call it"Honor".
