I knew this Iranian who was also basically an atheist but he married this dime ass Pakistani girl who is kind of religious. Just because of his background and having a Muslim name was enough to marry her. Go for it brother, your mother being of Muslim culture is enough. Or if you want the Jewish one maybe you can wear them hats, ponytails and the black jackets lol, or maybe she don't mind. Or take both of them as polygamy is acceptable in many cultures lol. The guy I use to work for is an Ethiopian Muslim and has something like 3 wives and I have seen one of them and she is fine. One can't even guess what she is because she resembles so many different ethnic groups.
