...your basic white Christian Racist would be shocked to find that in countries such as Mexico and Chile and Puerto Rico and Turkey etc., there is a large class of people infinitely wealthier, more cultured and civilized than they are and who would no sooner stoop to speak with such Americans as they would to a toad....but since Americans believe they are "exceptional"(though not in the way they think) and either never want to travel abroad or can never hope to afford to, they remain exceptionally ignorant, exceptionally stupid and exceptionally smug.

...these kinds of Americans are not the kind who built America....they are free-loaders of the worst sort, selling off America's inheritance like any spoiled kid who inherited a mansion-full of precious antiques and all he could think to do was pawn them off or burn them to keep warm. Getting a real job, or working at preserving this priceless inheritance is the last thing on his mind.
