Yeah it was from AP and it's filled with such minds. I know what you mean about how the cross and all that wouldn't help because they are more concerned about colour than anything and religion less important when it comes down to it. I tried to tell dumb Assyrians that before because they would piss me off how an American would ask them where they are from and they can't just come out and say "Iraq" first of all. They have instead let the person know that they are Christians and will lower themselves before they even say where they are from. They think he will like them if they let him know they Christians but that's now how it works with Whites. Even in Germany where I lived almost half my life, my parents would tell Germans tehy not Muslims but Christian Assyrians from Iraq and they woudld still say "fucking foreigners stay off welfare and go back to your country". They don't care if you Christian because they don't even accept their own Christians and our lil warriors think they will accept them them?

I once worked at this auto part factory and I noticed the entire plant was a bunch of racists who probably never left the state. They were so nasty and would show their ignorance without shame. The supervisor started picking on me and first was just standing over my shoulder. I clearly told him my name and he kept playing stupid and kept calling me "rasad" with his redneck accent. So at first I tolerated it and then they found out I was an Iraqi originally and they started cracking jokes and saying "tell your people to lower the oil prices". Them gusy wrapped in blankets and towels are sitting on top of all the oil. So I started getting fired up and then the supervisor called my name wrong again and straight up looked at him, and this is no joke, but I said "can't you even get my name right at least you dumb cracker" and I swear you should have seen the face he made and the redness lol. I had a piece of product in my hand and threw it hard into the box as I said and was wishing he put his hands on me so I could drag hima cross the floor and sweep the ground with him but he didn't luckily for him. Best of all, before he could even fire me, I threw my name tag and told him I quit and they are a bunch of racists.

As for the hate crime story you mentioned in Denver, I have seen such thing myself. There was this Asian girl standing at thsi bus stop and two guys were harassing her so this immigrant college student stepped in and try to stop them and they pounded his lights out. He was a slim guy too and the guys were huge so it wasn't like they had much of a match. So yeah it's typical that this happens and unfortunate because you would think Americans would be more civil than that. I tell foreigners all the time that what they heard or seen in movies about America is far from the truth. Some of them if not most of them live like pigs and are actually less civil than Cubans and others. They make fun of Cubans yet they have a higher literacy rate than the U.S and have some of the best and cleanest medical facilities in the world. I was shocked to discover this was the America I thought of as a child.

I have lived with both Whites, Latinos and mostly with Blacks. I have found Whites to be the least accepting people and most racists and the area of town I live in now is probably 99.9% Black and have never had a problem. My mother lives in the Cincinnati, Ohio area and it is a very racial city. She lives in a mostly White neighborhood and I ask the people about the city and all of them are scared to go there because of Blacks yet turn around and tell me "you wouldn't have a problem, because no offense but you are not White". I am like amazed that these people scared of going to the city because of some Black people.

In my over 17 years in the U.S no Black person has ever called me racial slurs but I have been called a nigger multiple times and sand nigger ones only because I told them I was from the Middle East. The Blacks refer to me as an brown skinned negro and some whites are confused when I don't identify as Black. It happen most recently these two guys at my job were being funny yet saying things that are racial and one of them said "watch out for Rashad" and the other goes "oh you mean he isn't Black?" I just shook my head at them. I am not a racist nor do I think all Whites are bad but certainly they have been the worse and the overall atrocities around the world have been committed by them. So I only tell the truth about them and use their own tactics against them. They can be racist toward others but I can't even defend myself or point out their things?
