There are a number of Muslims who are turning to christianity in Iran for the otherworldly benefits of Heaven and the immediate shedding of sins bullshit. It's like quitting one job and getting another because it offers a dental plan -- it sure ain't for no mystical inquiry or journey. But I'm an asshole, and it could be for some genuine purpose. My cousin (formerly Muslim) has a tattoo of a crucifix on her arm and prays to Isa Massih. I think she's just being a rebel, but who am I to say. --------------------- |
