That is true. When I visited Iraq as a child, I remember seeing all the Assyrians I came across were proud Iraqis. They had no problems in Baghdad from what I saw and they also happened to live in some of the wealthiest neighborhoods of that city. I remember getting sick when I first got there as I had to adjust to the climate, and the doctor who took care of me at that particular hospital turned out to be Assyrian. Another time I went to a private doctor who had his own facility and he was Assyrian. It seemed like these Christians got along just fine, they were doctors, politicians wealthy people and everything else you can imagine and Muslims didn't stop them from succeeding. The problem comes from those few in the west who just hate the fact that Christians could get along with Muslims and as you said, they feel insignificant so they have to make noise to feel important and they want to be in charge or otherwise they would have to get real jobs and work. So they'll bark and moan and scam for money and make demands from California. These people are prejudice just as white people are. They feel superior to Arabs because they are Christian, and since they share the same religion as the kkk, they feel superior, naturally.
