...what if someone had just one of these super sized nuclear weapons....far bigger and more devastating than the puny ones dropped on Japan....I bet if they threatened to set it off, in their own country, on their own heads, unless the world paid them 100 billion dollars, they would get their money.

..it doesn't matter where you set these things off...the sorry ones will be the ones who survive the initial blast.
