That's actually quite true. HSBC is moving its HQ from London to Hong Kong. These people could care less for the destroyed economies of the UK and US.

But the whole thing is interconnected.

Dollar hegemony went from being linked to US gold resevres guarded at Fort Knox to being linked to fiat currency generated by Middle Eastern black gold reserves guarded by Fort Israel.

The Iraq war stood as a reminder to the whole world that the world's sole superpower could be humbled by third world insurgents intent on liberating their homeland from illegal invasion and occupation. The Iraq war may have not caused the economic destruction of the Western financial system but it exposed the limits of US military power and made others such as the BRIC nations more willing to rebel against the US controlled economic system.

What we are now finally seeing is a concerted move away from the US dollar which they predict will depreciate by 50% over the course of the next 9 years. Oil will then be priced in a basket of currencies which will spell the end of US dollar hegemony and the exorbitant privlige to print fiat money.

In 9 years time black gold will be sold in other currencies shutting down the economic tap that saw trillions of dollars being invested in US treasuries and funding the US's worldwide military reach.

Like Russia in 1989 the US military will gradually break down and be forced to withdraw closing its military bases. It is then that a new Middle Eastern currency led by Iran can emerge and unite the Middle Easterners into some type of Middle Eastern Economic Community.

Fort Israel has only a limited time left to make peace with their Semitic brothers the Palestinians via UN resolution 242 and to hand over the Israeli war criminals responsible for war crimes.

I'd hate to be Israel when they find out that the music has stopped and they are left without a chair.
