Wow I am shocked of this. Who is that clown and these are suppose to be Assyrian warriors. Ancient Assyrians use to hunt lions for fun and these people fear the very words of their oponents, and imagine how they would act in a real battle field. If they don't even want to allow people with different views to speak, imagine such ppl were in charge of a nation, can anyone imagine how it would be? They already ban people for simply disagreeing with their views and label them "antiAssyrian". How slick and intelligent they try to act by dismissing someone, banning or deleting them just because they don't have an answer to other views. Whenever these cowards know some one has a valid point, they have ban or delete. I bet they feel real important too. A few friends of mine have been banned from the different Assyrian web sites, and that is so cowardly. When they can't win a debate or they are clearly being embarrassed, they start deleting. What an Assyrian way of fighting your opponent. You know, I remember hearing many times that the people of Tikrit and surrounding cities are descendants of ancient Assyrians, and when I look at those people, I have a hard time trying to dispute that or denying them. However, when these clowns make such claims it's really hard not to laugh at them for their absurd comments. To them it's not even about race, blood or heritage, but it all traces back to religion. The truth is that ever since these Aramaic speaking peoples accepted Christianity, and since Christianity is a religion which consists of 34,000 sects, cults and denominations which makes it impossible to know who are the real ones, these same people have been dividing themselves by the various churches they belong to. Whoever is not of their faith, and does not agree with their views and agendas, such person is automatically labeled as a sell out, yet it is they who've been selling out ever since one can remember. They have never been loyal to their native lands due to the fact that the majority there weren't Christian, yet when they come to the west, they treat these lands as if they are their own. These are the same people who praised America before the war and don't mind those American planes dropping bombs on their soil. But I have a new way of differentiading with such clowns, since they are clearly a religious community rather than an ethnic community, I'am gonna refer to them as "Suraye". That was there name before ww1 and who knows if they ever did call themselves Assyrians, but that name does not suit them. "Suraye" is a Christian thing and it suits them perfect, but Assyrian doesen't suit them well at all. The worse part is that their priests are their politicians and they worshipp them as lords besides God, yet they call the ancient civilizations "idol worshippers", yet they are the ones who are worshipping idols. Suraye= any Christian peoples, Assyrian= can be anyone who feels good about the ancient Assyrians. We obviously can not prove or say that we are the true descendants of the ancient Assyrians, but we can be proud to call ourselves that and all Iraqis have some Mesopotamian blood. The ancients were not pure, nor can any of us be purely their descendants, but we know they are all the ancastors of all modern Iraqis, and Iraqis are proud of their heritages. It is these "Suraye" who are anti every one, and not the other way around. --------------------- |
