Figuring things out or learning is not so difficult but it is another story if one is a bigot and prejudice. There was no genocide by the Ottomans and the very fact that Armeinians and Christians all throughout the land were safe, unharmed and churches were open as usual is evidence that there was no genocide. The problem with the Armeninians and other Christian propagandists who are obsessed with this genocide myth is that they don't pay much attention to dictionaries nor even care for definitions. If a mere war is labeled "genocide" by these clowns, every war by America is the same then. If that is the case, every country has committed genocide but that is not the case. As you have clearly shown us the definition of a genocide, no such event took place except what Christians did. Christians lived under Turks for over 600 years and there were never any attacks against them but the case is different with Jews as it was a goveerment/church sponsored event. It was only a few yaers ago that pope John Paul issued an appology on behalf of the Vatican and Catholics for their involvement in the holocuast. The Turks saved thousands of Jews during the holocaust and so did the Albenians and Bosnians(Muslims). Even before the holocuast, Ottoman lands were a safe haven for Christians, Jews and any persecuted peoples since injustice and oppression was not tolerated by the Caliphs. These propagandists want their opinions and prejudices to be equal to facts provided by historians and professionals who are honest. --------------------- |
