In the summer of 2013, the anti-propaganda law was reversed. From then on out, "Spooks" can legally flood the domestic news arena with propaganda, meaning that, the Cold War-era propaganda arms of the State Dept.'s foreign-dissident-friendly outfits (like Radio Liberty, or the Voice of America) will be applied legally to "inform" our populace -- as if Fox News and the rest of the corporate media were previously telling us the truth.
