War is actually very profitable. Of every US tax dollar generated by their consumer society around 50% is spent either directly or indirectly on defense. And of that money specifically allocated to defense approximately 50% of that is pure profit for the corporations. i.e. 25c in every US tax dollar is US defense corporation profit. Divide that between the top 10 war manufactureres and its easy to see why Boeing, Raytheon, McDonald Dougla et al are keen to manufacture as many terrorists as possible and keep their shar price at a record high. --------------------- |
