What you refer to as "Christian wars" against Muslims, former CIA chief of operations in Angola, John Stockwell, coined as "The Third-World War": A war against the defenseless, hungry, humiliated, and humbled people of the "Third World", who've been - and are - terrorised by the sophisticated, military machinery of the "Civilized" West. That's why Chomsky keeps reiterating that the majority of Arabs and Muslims in the region - not their corrupt, Washington-backed leaders - are in favor of (as demonstrated in several polls) Iran building nuclear weapons as a deterrent against the real, existential threat in the region: US, Israel and their Arab Kapos.

The unfortunate death of Israeli athletes in the Munich '72 Olympics, from the point of view of Palestinians, was a direct reaction to the murder of Palestinian civilians by Israel only a few months before the Summer games. As one former PLO member put it, "We did not kill civilians like the Israelis did" since every single athlete of the Israeli team was a reservist in the IDF, who may have taken part in the "Six-Day-War", since Israel's military is a people's army.

Like you, I too, would like Norman to address the US/Israel Security Complex. Perhaps you should write on his blog (Norman Finkelstein Blog)... I'd love to read his response to your question.
