and yes, if there are any descendants of the ancients, they are muslim, xtian, atheist, jewish, gay, straight and whatever else. the vdry fact that they don't even tolerate other denominations shows they are nothing more than a religious community and "Assyrian" is just as much of a religious term as they say "Chaldean" is. They can't fool me about this "suraya" thing and it will never mean "Assyrian" no matter what they say. It means "Aramean" and it replaced "Aram". these fools didn't think of themselves as the same ppl they were reading about in their bible. they have been trying to Assyrianize everything ever since this gimmick began. they also lie about the first xtians thing znd so do Armenians. it wasnt until the 4th century ce that they became xtians and it was forced on the "pagan" populations of mesopotamia and armenia. xtianity was european from the start and they were the first xtians. if our fools accepted anything prior, then they would have been Jewish followers of jesus and they were not xtian
