I deliberately avoid certain family members because of their bigoted comments about Muslims, Jews, Blacks, and the LGBT. And of course, they love the Republicans because they always talk about Jesus while ordering the mass murder of millions of innocents in different parts of the world; or they praise the fascist Lebanese Phalange for the cold-blooded massacres of the Sabra and Shatilla refugee camps; or they love the fact that the Qurds were gassed in Halabja, and the rest who were rounded up, tortured and murdered during al-Anfal. Some of these "good" Christian relatives wouldn't talk to my dad because he told a joke about a guy who was stuck in a well and Jesus comes to his aid by turning his cock into a rope and dropping it down for the guy climb out. With these type of folks one can't even have a reasonable debate. If you prove them wrong, they insult you, then they threaten you, then they shut the fuck up and go home and beat their wives.
