Taoro, with all due respect, I admit that I'm not an expert, but I've studied art history and I'm quite passionate about the fine arts and the humanities. In addition to investing a great amount of my personal time and years studying the visual arts of photography and cinema, I've also put in as much time reading about artists and going to museums appreciating the aesthetics of painting and sculpture. Beauty is not in the eye of the beholder. There is a hierarchy of good art and bad art. Prior to even meeting Pancho, I had the great fortune of living in San Francisco where I'd visit his Ashurbanipal monument. Not to stroke his balls, but from a point of view of a layman spectator, Pancho's technique and work is that of a professional artist, not an amateur or a poseur. So it is my opinion that it is beneath him to even contemplate to be a propagandist for nationalist sentiments. He has already explained the reasons why he feels as he does regarding hia monuments with Assyrian themes. You may feel differently, though, and that's alright.
