...actually it's when these people get into court that they lose...out on the sidewalk talking to cameras they seem to make sense...but in court all their arguments fall flat because in Law you have to make SENSE...you can't just rule by opinion...we'd have a madhouse....and they've lost every time even up to the Supremes...after all the judge sent her to jail for her "conscience"...which is the way she sees it, of course...but her conscience was never the real issue like it is on FOX...she was discriminating against Gay Americans and thereby breaking the Law and her oath of office...it was because she refused a court order to do her job that she was jailed....her religion was never part of the legal proceedings...and the media KNOW THAT...but framing it that way doesn't sell soap....doesn't drag it out and make it "controversial".
