exactly... two guys on a motorcycle can drive by, toss the package over a wall or at a building and then detonate from a distance....or, whenever a suicide bomb has gone off in a market place, you could drop off a package the day before and wait till the right time...why the hell would you wear a bomb vest to blow up a crowd? makes no sense at all.
