Are you serious? Another passport? My guess is that "passport" implies immediate travel. A passport-carrying person is one who is about to leave the country... and fast. Another implication is that a passport-person is one who travels frequently, and if that person is allegedly a suspect in a violent, terroristic crime, then he must be someone who may have traveled to the East to get training. If you recall, when Ferguson exploded, Palestinian activists reached out to the brothas, telling them how to use milk when they are being shot with gas... Oh, well.
