You could honestly say that the taxes the Church forced out of people, and their countries, were directly responsible for the Protestant Reformation, which nearly brought Christianity to its knees and was the cause of millions being killed for daring to rebel against Church TAXES...so, enough about Jizya and how "terrible" it was.

And you can bet if we were the slightest bit wrong about Jizya or anything else, Beth-Shlimon would never stop "wasting my time" to tell us so, over and over.
