It's capitalism and that means making money without ends and doesn't matter how it is made. Drugs, prostitution, crime, etc are all big time money makers. America is a business and everything about it is. The police, judges, courts, schools, etc. Everything is a business and its people are just as fucked up as their government. They are all trying to get paid. That's why American females get pregnant so easy and young because they want food stamps, welfare, child-support and other benefits. One has to wonder why European countries don't have such issues in spite of their societies being more open to sex, etc. Americans are fucked up in the head. They have mental problems.
