Personal attacks will get you nowhere, Rashad. They just prove that Muslims are incapable of arguing cogently and logically in support of their faith. And I never said that I was a Christian; I merely pointed out some facts about Christianity. Moreover, I stand by what I said: There is no such thing as a Christian nation. Christ taught that the church must be separate from temporal government. Even if a majority of the citizens of a country claim to be Christian, that doesn't make the country or its government Christian. In fact, if a government claims to be Christian, it is simply lying. The ONLY way a country could conceivably be Christian would be if the entire population deliberately and genuinely followed the teachings of Christ. That has never happened and never will. You can be born Muslim, but you must choose to be Christian. As for Christians being more violent and murderous than Muslims: Don't make the rest of us readers laugh until we split a gut. When was the last time you saw a Christian blow up a bus or a public market, behead a civilian, rape a child, stone a rape victim, throw acid in some girl's face, fly an airplane into a building, kill a young woman for refusing an arranged marriage, murder someone for "insulting" Christ, etc., while at the same time shouting "Jesus is greatest!"? You haven't seen it, because it never happens. By contrast, Islam has been indulging in these sorts of crimes for 1300 years. By conservative estimates, at least a quarter of a billion innocent persons have been murdered in the name of Islam since Muhammad started his religion. Christianity is inherently peaceful. So are Buddhism and Jainism. In fact, the only religion that stands out for incessant violence written right into its holy book is Islam. --------------------- QuiCreva |
