The scarier part is that mass murder has been compartmentalized into an efficient, sterile, non-confrontational system in which a young computer-gamer who's during his young life has been fed on Hollywood chavunism and comic book heroism, sits miles away from the intended target in a clean, air-conditioned room, and pushes a button that reigns hellfire missiles on the lives of "un-persons", whom he has been manufactured to believe are the so-called enemies of civilization. At least for the Nazi gas chamber attendant there was a human element and experience in witnessing the people in flesh and blood who where sent to their deaths in the camps of Europe.
