...religious texts aren't reality...they are distortion of reality to begin with. One part is history, of a dubious nature...and them fools thought that by mixing a little reality in with magic they could make the magic seem more real...it is a distortion already to say the sun stood still when Joshua blew his horn...or that Jesus rose from the dead...and so did all the other corpses...these statements do not reflect "reality"..they are already UNREAL...and distorted...and for that you can blame the silly people who posed them....to believe that natural law can be suspended by some old fart in heaven makes you crazy enough already...no further "distortions" are needed.
