I walked into work yesterday and this republican is telling another lady how people on food stamps know how to cheat the system really good. They buy food and then sell it for half price so they can get cash for drugs. This was his proof that this program needs to be abolished because of such cases. I reminded him that nobody "milks" the system more than the super wealthy who get all kinds of wealfare from the government. Because there may be some who misuse it so we should get rid of something beneficial to those in need. Of course if they had their way they would get rid of every government program but then they would really be asking for trouble. The above dweeb has a brother who receives disapility pay from the government yet he hates socialism so much.

I don't get it how someone who is living in poverty himself can behave this way. Christianity works wonders, and they're right when they say Christianity produces miracles. It has to be a miracle because only in America do people hate paid vacation, will work for low wages and defend their masters. At least in those sweat shops around the third world, people know it's not right and they try to fight back, but not these fucks. They sit in front of the TV and watch cops beating people up. You see how free they are and prosperous? Where else in the industrial world can you be homeless, work without vacation, low wages, die because you can't afford hospital bills, etc? Only in America, therefore, they are more free than anyone else. If I sleep under a bridge in Germany, the police will stop me and ask where I am registered. That's not freedom. You're not free if the government won't allow you to die because you don't have money, or you can't sleep on the streets.

I told one fuck, who sleeps in his car, that I rather be poor in Sweden because I wouldn't be on the streets or die from preventable sickness, and he said "yeah maybe, but they pay higher taxes than we do". All I could do is walk away and shake my head.
