...a really stunning decision by the Supremes in the matter of the Black man poulled over for no reason and then jailed for nine dayswithout benefit of a lawyer, forced into a strip body cavity search twice...and then released when a judge finally heard the caseand found the whole thing was one big mistake...so sorry....though no one apologized....the guy sued all the way to the Supremes who decided against him the usual margin; five scared shitless whites against four reasonable others.... ...that means that your right to be secure from unlawfull search and seizure is gone...see, all they have to do is change the laws, or get REALLY sacred, and out goes the law. Now anyone can have their cheeks spread, no matter what you´re busted for...the rationale, that prisons have a duty to protect themselves and the inmates from someone carrying a machine gun up their arse is necessary for us all to be "safe". Never mind that the guy wasn´t a criminal of any kind...the idea that hegot up that morning and just shoved some contraband up his ass is ridiculous....as a friend of mine told me when she was stopped forcelebrating too much one St Patrick´s Day...and she is a nurse too...they strip searched her and her comment was, "I always get dressed well for a night out and always put a gun up my twat before leaving home". This is another move against Blacks and Mexicans too...you know damn well whose ass is going to be spread more than any other.... --------------------- |
