This documentary addresses the core issues of land and identity - It probes the evolution of the seemingly incurable conflict in Palestine from a historic perspective that is typically unknown to American audiences. With Edward Said and Noam Chomsky.

Although Assyrians are not mentioned in this film, it gives a general view of how the Brits were making deals with Arabs, Zionists and the French; promising the Arabs and Jews self-determination, and an agreement with the French to carve the ME amongst the two European empires.
