..Maggie finally surfaced with an "interesting book" by yet another engineer who has taken it upon himself to write his own history book, another "self-printed" one by "Xlibris", a job shop that will print any "book" you hand them, if you pay for the printing....this guy, Bebla, has woven together a patchwork of lifted and out-of-context quotes and even a note from a real professor he thinks "praises" him....it is the usual stuff born of a fevered mind that already knows what it wants to prove, and seeks only those things it THINKS proves it.

...these sorts don't understand the difference between "scholar" and "engineer"...a scholar is familiar with all the subject-matter, an engineer picks out what he THINKS makes his point....I wish I could drag the guy over but I can't copy and paste, doesn't work...needless to say, "Because you are born in the Land of the Navajoes" does not make you an Indian"....an Italian, born in the land of the Chinese, does not "become" Chinese.....people were born in the lands that were once Assyria...that did not MAKE them assyrian.
