...our current troubles ranging from "they don´t like us and are jealous of us and want to kill us"...to hyped up security alerts and airport gropping with more surely to come...the increasing government intrusion with no end sight because at all costs we must be "safe"...safe from the very people we´ve been walking all over on in our so-called defense of dear Isarel and them Jews we Christians have loved to death for centuries....

....if you´re tempted to think, "if not for Israel and Arab hatred of Jews which we, as dear friends and allies of the dear Jews, whom we Christians have always loved and protected, we wouldn´t be facing any of this trouble at home and around the world". So that if you hate Arabs, you can blame all our ills on them, because they make Israel insecure and attack it and we, lovers of Jews as our history shows, must then risk our own welfare and incur the hatred of Arabs, by defending the poor Jews...and if you hate Jews more than Arabs, you can blame those damn Jews for controlling our country and forcing us to risk our treasure and lives to defend those damn Jews....

...but you´d be wrong. It isn´t Jews or Arabs who are causing us this trouble..it is ever and again the Christians. And toround out their infamythey also blame Jews and then Arabs for what THEY do them!!!

That´s what bothers me about Maher and Hitchens and their attacks against "all religions"....but mostly Islam. They justify themselves by saying Muslims represent the greatest threat right now....but that´s only because of what Christians have DONE!

It´s like abusing someone, keeping them tied up for years while you torture them....and they break out and come looking to even the score and you yell..."okay okay, I was wrong, but now YOU are threatening ME...so let´s ALL be good"...sorry, it don´t work that way.

After decades and centuries of suffering abuse at the hands of Christians, to the point where Muslims now are fighting back, NOW we decide that "all religions are bad". They may be, but Islam and Judaism were NOT posing a threat to anyone....not until Christians got a hold of them.....this failure to admit that Christians are at the core of all the troubles we face today, while simplistic perhaps, has a lot of truth to it too.
