...who is a Christian, the proper response is..."he is not a true Christian".

...every time you catch a murderer who is Muslim, the proper response is, " he is a true Muslim"!!!

...see, it´s very simple. What defines people and how you treat them is not their behavior, be it criminal or not, but their religion. See?

A Christian is a good guy who maybe went astray...but a Muslim or Jew is just a bad guy...a bad guy whose religion probably made him that way whereas a Christian´s religion SAVES him...no matter how many murders he commits...he can always count on being "saved in Jesus Christ", who, I guess, never met a murderer he didn´t like....for example, his own father.
